摘 要:目的通过调查深圳市社区护理人员教育现状,探讨社区护理人力资源教育发展方向及其教育体系的建立。方法通过方便抽样,采用自设问卷调查了深圳市罗湖、福田、龙岗3个行政区内47个社区健康服务中心280名社区护士,调查主要内容:护士一般基本情况、护理教育背景、进修学习继续教育现状、护理科研及科研论文撰写情况;社区护理专业教育的需求;对已接受的社区继续教育效果评价;影响接受社区护理继续教育的因素;对社区护理教育的认识和建议;对社区护理知识技能的自我评价;对社区护理现状和发展的看法。发放调查问卷总计280份,回收273份,回收率97.5%;召开社区护士教育发展方向研讨会9次。结果86.5%的社区护士将"特殊人群健康保健知识"的学习列为第一需求;2006年3月—2007年2月和2007年3月—2008年3月2个年度参加累计2个月以上的社区护理知识培训率有统计学意义(P<0.05);年度累计参加1周至1个月的社区护理知识培训率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加强社区护理人才培养、明确社区护士专业化教育目标、建立社区护士教育管理体系是保证社区健康服务中心持续发展的基础。Objective To learn about the status quo of community nurse's education in Shenzhen, and to explore the development direction of human resources education and the establishment of education system. Methods Through convenience sampling, 280 nurses in 47 community health centers in the three administrative areas-Luohu, Futian, Longgang-in Shenzhen were investigated. And the survey was about the general situation of nurses, the background of nursing education, the situation of further education, scientific research and paper writing on nursing; the needs for professional education in community nursing; effect evaluation of the community continuing education; influencing factors of receiving continuing education on community nursing; understanding of and suggestions for community nursing education; self-evaluation of knowledge and skills on community nursing; opinions of present and future situation of community nursing. Of the 280 questionnaires handed out, 273 were collected back, with the return-ratio being 97.5%; nine symposiums on the development direction of community nursing education were held. Results For 86.5% of the nurses, the knowledge on health and nursing for special population was their greatest need, on top of the list. And the rate of attendance at nursing knowledge training for over 2 month in all between March, 2006 and Feb, 2007 and March, 2007 and March, 2008 had statistical significance (P〈0.05), while the rate of attendance for one week to one month had not (P〉0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the cultivation of community nursing talents, clarifying the objective of specialized community nursing education, and setting up the system of community nursing education were the foundation ensuring the sustainable development of community health service centers.
