摘　　要：教师职业正在向专业化方向迈进,教师职业准入,是国家对从事教育教学工作人员提出的最基本标准和要求。建立健全完善的教师职业准入制度是教育与教师自身发展的必然要求。实行教师职业准入制度有利于提高教师整体素质水平,规范教师队伍管理。本文从教师专业的发展、现行教师资格认证制度及存在的问题,对基于职业准入下的进一步规范教师资格认证进行了探讨。With the specification in the development of teacher＇s vocation, vocational accession becomes the basic standard and requirement. To establish a sound system of vocational accession is the inevitable requirement for the development of education and its undertakers. The application of such system will contribute to the enhancement of teacher＇s quality and the standardized administration to teachers. This paper, based on the analysis of teacher＇s pro- fessional development and the problems under the current authentication system of teacher＇s certification, makes a probe into the further standardization of the authentication of teacher＇s certification.
