摘 要:对高等工程专科学校的技术教育进行了探讨。结果表明,技术教育体系是工程教育和职业教育的过渡体系,技术教育应该让学生具有工程技术应用能力、应用技术操作能力、设备维护维修能力和基层岗位管理能力等四个基本能力。研究指出,要建立技术技能型人才培养的教学体系;在教学要求上应该体现"学以致用、学能并举"的格局。技术教育模式可以实施普通模式和专向模式。普通模式有指导制模式、"产学研"模式等多种模式,专向模式有"产学"模式、工学结合模式等多种模式。Technical education of higher engineering colleges was discussed. The results showed that technical education was the transition from engineering education to vocational education. Technical education Should let students have four basic abilities such as ability of engineering technology application, operation ability of application technology, maintenance and repair abilities of equipments and management ability of basic posts. Based on the study, the teaching system of training technical talents should be established, the concept of "combining theories with practice and knowledge and abilities are equal" should be reflected in teaching. And common teaching mode and special teaching mode should be carried out in technical teaching. Common teaching mode includes guiding mode, combination mode of "production, study and research" and so on; the special teaching mode is composed of mode of "production and study", "working and study" mode and so on.
