摘　　要：深化网上教学改革,强化电大内涵建设是不断提高教学水平和教学质量,打造开放教育品牌的重点。基层电大优秀的网上教学质量是展示开放教育成果的主要标志之一。在全国基层电大认真贯彻中央电大强化网上教学质量管理精神的氛围中,湖州电大坚持不懈地进行网上教学改革,开展创新创优活动,形成了网上教学的"恒、强、新"特色。即持之以恒的决心,强劲的管理力度,丰富的教学创新活动和成果。Deepening intemet teaching reform and strengthening Radio ＆ TV University＇s connotation construction are the keystone of enhancing teaching level and quality as well as setting up educational brand. The excellent net teaching quality of grass-root Radio ＆ TV University is one of the chief mark to opening education＇s achievement. Under such an atmosphere of carrying out Central Radio ＆ TV University＇s spirit to strengthen network teaching quality, HuZhou Radio ＆ TV University reforming their net teaching quality diligently. They started original activities and formed net teaching characteristic of ＂steady, powerful, new＂, which means steady decision, powerful management and rich innovational teaching activities.
