摘  要:基于多种原因,我国农村地区教师学历结构不合理,表现为教师的教学技能、教学水平低,整体素质不高,不能有效满足实现素质教育的发展要求,也难以为新农村建设培养新型的高素质人才。为此,应健全农村教师"出入"机制,严格农村教师准入制度,扩大免费师范生招生规模,保证足量合格农村师资的供给,以有效解决农村师资缺乏的困境。Based on many kinds of the reasons, the teachers' educational background structure is unreasonable in the rural area of our country. Because teachers' teaching skill , teaching level and overall quality is so low that the development demand of the all-around education can't be satisfied effectively and the talents of new-style who own high quality are very difficult to be fostered for the new rural construction. Consequently, we should improve the mechanism of "getting in and getting out" among the rural teachers, make this admittance system striet, expand the enrollment scale of pedagogical students who needn't pay the fees, assure that the qualified rural teachers can be supplied adequately, to tackle the difficult position that the rural teachers is so deficient effeetively.
