摘　　要：在大学校风建设这个系统工程中,应把广大教师的师德建设放在首位。本文紧密结合高校实际,充分论述了加强师德建设的重要性和紧迫性,阐明了新时期高校教师必须遵循的师德规范,提出了新时期加强和创新高校师德建设的主要措施。In the systematical project of university ethos construction, the building - up of teachers＇ morality should be firstly emphasized. Closely integrated with university practice, this paper discusses the importance and urgency of improving university teachers＇ morality, and illustrates those regulations university teachers must follow in this new period as well as suggests main measures aiming to improve university teachers＇ morality.
