“成功学”在大学生成才中的作用

摘　　要：获得成功是每个青年人所期望的,更是大学生所期望的,不少大学生也尝试从"成功学"中获得成功。虽然部分大学生对"成功学"有认识上的误区,但是"成功学"与高校人才培养目标并不矛盾,"成功学"可以促进大学生自我成才目标的实现。高校可以在大学生思想政治教育、就业与创业、素质拓展计划中应用"成功学"理论。All the youths desire to succeed, especially the college students, some of whom have attempted to get success from ＂success theory＂. Although some college students have misunderstanding on ＂success theory＂, it makes no contradiction with the training goal of universities. It may promote college students to become talents. Colleges and universities should make use of ＂success theory＂ in the ideological and political education, employment and quality development.
