摘 要:分析比较了不同设计电池的容量特性,验证了将6-DZM-10蓄电池组5A放电时间由130min提高到150min的可行性。电池循环试验结果表明:采用恰当的电解液密度和电解液用量,蓄电池具有良好的容量和循环性能,5A100%(DOD)放电的循环寿命超过300次;电池组容量的均匀性与负极活性物质的硫酸盐化是影响蓄电池组循环寿命的重要因素。The capacity characteristic of VRLA batteries with different design was investigated in this paper. The possibility of discharge time raised from 130 minutes to 150 minutes for 6-DZM-10 VRLA battery at 5A had been proved. Tire cyclic test results showed that the battery with proper density and quantity of electrolyte had excellent performance of capacity and cyclic life. Cyclic life of battery at 5A / 100% DOD had reached more than 300 cycles. Uniformity of capacity and sulfatization of negative material had a strong impact on the cyclic life of VRLA batteries.
