摘　　要：从理论上探讨了MRP与准时化生产方式的关系，并在分析汽车制造企业生产控制系统特点的基础上，提出了MRP应用于汽车装配生产控制的途径及其基本模型。MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is a methed of making manufacturing plan with computer. With it's base principle of organizing production according to the material requirements, MRP not only changes the manner of making plan, but also provides a efficient way to manufacturing contorl. Discusses the relahon between MRP and Just-In-Time Making, Points out the way of MRP being used in moto assembly control and gives the base mode of the control system.
