摘　　要：本文以《白皮书》为指导思想,讨论了社会信息化进程加速和中学《信息技术》课程推进对高校计算机基础教育提出的新问题,分析了广西高校计算机基础教育存在的问题,提出改革的对策。According the ＂White Book＂, this paper discusses the new issues brought by speeding up the course of society informatization and carrying out of ＂Information Technology＂ curriculum in schools, analyses the problems in basic computer education of colleges and universities in Guangxi, and brings forward countermeasures about reform.
