摘  要:对14株海洋微藻(绿藻纲6株,金藻纲4株,硅藻纲3株,甲藻纲1株)中的总脂含量和脂肪酸成分进行了测定。结果表明,14株海洋微藻的总脂含量存在着明显差异,盐藻的总脂含量最高,占千重的28.71%;4株金藻的总脂含量均较高,超过干重的20%。14株海洋微藻的脂肪酸成分和含量也存在着较大的差异,绿藻中饱和脂肪酸C16:0。的含量均较高;对于单不饱和脂肪酸,小球藻以C16:1(n=7)为主,盐藻以C18:1(n=7)为主,青岛大扁藻以C18:1(n=9)为主。4株金藻的PUFAs含量均较高,几乎占脂肪酸总量的1/2,并且DHA的含量较其他藻株高。3.株硅藻的EPA含量最高,占27.2%-32.9%;而裸甲藻的PUFAs含量最低,仅为25.2%。The total lipids and fatty acid composition of were examined. The results showed that each microalgae marine microalgae from four taxonomic divisions was different in total lipids. The total lipids content of Dunaliella sp. was 28.71% on dry weight, which was the highest among all the ones. The total lipids contents of all the Chrysophyceae were more than 20% on dry weight. Additionally, each class of microalgae was different in fatty acid. The main saturated fatty acid in Chloro phyceae was C16:0 ,and the major monounsaturated fatty acid was C16:1 ( n = 7 ) in Chlorella sp. , C18:1 ( n = 7 ) in DunalieUa sp. , C18:1 ( n= 9 ) in Platymonas helgolamdica, respectively. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) was about half of strains was higher 27.2% - 32.9% 25.2%. total fatty acids in Chrysophyceae, and the than that in the others. Bacillariophyceae of total fatty acids, while Pyramimonas sp. content of DHA in four Chrysophyceae was high in the content of EPA, about had the loWest amount of PUFAs with
