摘 要:通过对高大平房仓储粮(谷冷机冷却后)的复冷时间的计算,说明了常温仓在谷冷机低温储粮技术中隔热保温改造的必要性;并对其进行了热工分析,得到了高大平房仓隔热层厚度的热工计算方法和隔热保温改造措施,各库点可借鉴本文的计算方法及隔热保温的改造措施,并结合自身实际情况进行高大平房仓隔热保温改造,使之符合谷冷机低温储粮技术中低温仓或准低温仓的要求。Through counting the cooled grain's (using grain bunker storehouse, we can say that it is necessary that the tall refrigerator) time of cooling again, stored in the tall bunker storehouse' s heat insulation and preservation must be rebuilt. By the thermal analysis of system of the tall bunker storehouse and grain stored in that, the way that counted the tail bunker storehouse's heat insulation and preservation and the measure of its heat insulation and preservation reconstructed were gained. Depended on that, every grain depot joined with each real situation can reconstructed the tall bunker storehouse's heat insulation and preservation, and make it accord with the cold storage house or the norm cold storage house used in the technology of the cold storage of grain using grain refrigerator.
