摘  要:目的了解食物纤维制剂润肠通便作用的效果。方法将小鼠分为两批,每批70只,每批分为(0.42、0.84、1.67)g/kg.BW 3个样品组,及溶剂对照组和模型对照组,每组14只,连续灌胃7d后分别进行小肠推进试验和排便试验的指标测定。结果各剂量组小肠推进率和模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0.42、0.84 g/kg.BW剂量组小鼠的首次排便时间短于便秘模型对照组、粪便粒数高于便秘模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),0.42 g/kg.BW剂量组小鼠粪便重量大于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食物纤维制剂在适量剂量下具有润肠通便作用。Objective In order to find out the effect in laxative activity of dietary fiber preparation.Methods There were two ex-periments, intestinal propulsion experiment and defecation experiment. Seventy Kunming mice were averagely divided into five groupsin each experiment. They were solvent control group,constipated model control group and the dietary fiber preparation groups of 0.42g/kg.bw,0.84g/kg.bw and 1.67g/kg.bw.The experiments were did after continuously intragastric infusion with mice for sevendays. Result: There was no significant difference between the dietary fiber preparation groups and the constipated model control groupat intestinal propulsion rate in the intestinal propulsion experiment. The defecation experiment showed that in the dietary fiber prepara-tion groups of 0.42g/kg.bwand 0.84g/kg.bw. thetime which first black feces were expelled was shorten compared with the constipa-ted model control group(P〈0.05), and the number of feces was increased compared with the constipated model control group(P〈0.05).It also showed that the weight of feces in the dietary fiber preparation group of 0.42g/kg.bw was statistically significant in-creased compared with the constipated model control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion The dietary fiber preparation in proper dose hasthe effect in laxative activity.
