摘　　要：研究了大豆磷脂在现代工业中的应用和当前的研究进展。详细介绍了大豆磷脂在现代食品、医药、化妆品、饲料等领域中的应用和研究成果。In this paper,the application of soybean lecithin in modern industry and the current progress are introduced.The application of the soybean lecithin in the modern fields of food,medicine,cosmetics,animal feed and their research results are all studied.
