摘　　要：在经济学成本函数理论基础上,构建了大学事业成本函数范式,力求在考虑了投入要素价格和产出特征的影响下,揭示大学事业产出与事业成本之间的变动关系。以此范式为基础,建立二次成本计量模型,结合教育部直属高校的相关数据,运用回归方法估计出了事业成本函数的参数,并得出了一些有意义的结论。Based upon the classical cost function theory , the university operation cost function model is constructed. While the variables concerning university input price and output specification are introduced, the function model reveals the relationship between output and cost of universities. Using the relevant data of 34 selective public universities, the paper establishes a quadratic cost function, which can be used to measure university operation cost.
