摘  要:野生植物豆腐柴具有极大的开发价值。为了了解豆腐柴不定根生长潜力与诱导特性,于冬季在室内对豆腐柴进行了基质培养和溶液培养实验。结果表明豆腐柴枝条在冬季具有生根潜力,是否生根与环境因素具有很大的关系。在相同温度和光照下,土培豆腐柴枝条只长侧芽,不长根;而水培豆腐柴不仅长出了侧芽,还有10%的植株(清水培养)诱导出不定根。在水培条件下,平衡矿质营养能够促进根系诱导和发育,1/10Hoagland营养液中的豆腐柴比清水培养下提早6d出根,至44d时其长根的植株是清水培养的3.3倍,出根率达到33.33%。水培豆腐柴根系粗壮,呈爆炸状,很少分枝。生长素对豆腐柴不定根诱导效果不明显。Premna microphylla Turcz. is a wild plant with great value for economics. In order to understand the growth potential of this plant from dormancy and to develop effective techniques to induce the adventitious roots in winter, Premna was cut and planted by soil culture or solution culture in the room in the room from October to December. The results showed that Premna branches in the cold season have rooting potential, and the induction of root was decided greatly by the environmental factors. Under the same temperature of around 20℃ with compensation light, Premna branches by soil culture sprouted without rooting. Compared to that, Premna under solution culture had not only grown sprouts, but also was induced adventitious roots by 10%. In solution culture,, balanced mineral nutrition could promote root growth and raise the induction rate, because Premna cultured in 1/10 Hoagland nutrient solution was induced roots 6d earlier than that without mineral elements in the solution, and had root induction rate of 33.33%. Roots induced by solution were strong with few branches. Auxin did not have an obvious effect on root inducing in Premna.
