摘　　要：本文考察老子的翻译与传播的文化意义和文本意义，从哲学解释学视角探索翻译与解释的关系，指出主体性和翻译意识在翻译与传播中的积极效应。This article deals with the survey of the significances,culturally and textually,in the translation and communication of Lao Zi＇s thoughts. In the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics,an exploration has been conducted toward the interrelationship between translation and interpretation. And the positive effect has been revealed of subjectivity and translation sense in translation and communication.
