摘　　要：广开题源,强调学科交叉应用,走开放性命题道路,提高测试成绩的含金量;开发测试技术,增加测试成绩的信度;运用测试策略,促进测试成绩的效度。为正式考试挑选真正符合标准的试题,以保证测试成绩的信度、效度,并为建立常模提供依据,使测试成绩能有效适应不同社会实践领域对人才英语能力检测的个性要求。By developing the resource of the test subject widely and applying the crossing subjects emphatically, we can open the place of proposition to optimize quality of the results of BEC spoken language test. Exploiting technology of the test and using the strategy of the test, we can enhance the truth of the results of test and promote its effect degree and build the regular model of the test to make the result of test to suit requests of the social practice＇s needs to an talented person＇s ability of English in the different fields.
