摘  要:电传控制系统使飞机的稳定性和机动性达到了理想融合。余度技术是提高电传控制系统安全性与任务可靠性的一种重要手段。系统输入信息的余度管理策略是余度设计的一个关键技术。结合某型四余度数字电传控制系统,详细描述了其输入信息余度管理策略与实现。工程实践表明,该策略可最大限度地提高系统的资源利用率,并对余度系统能进行准确的故障诊断、故障重构、故障隔离及故障申报。系统闭环故障仿真试验研究表明,系统二次故障具有无痕切换能力,验证了系统设计的合理性和高可靠性。It is perfectly obtained ideal fusion between stability and maneuverability for fly by wire (FBW) flight control system. Redundancy management is a key means of improving the reliability and safety of fly by wire control systems. The heart of the redundancy design is the technique of redundant management of input information. Combined with the quadruplex redundancy digital fly by wire flight control systems, the redundant schemes and their implementation are described in detail. Application in project shows that they make furthest utilization efficiency of resource, and they provide convenience and accurate fault detection, reconstruction, isolation and declaration. Simulated experiment in closed-loop shows the system has no marking transient as appearing twice fault and that the redundancy design is rational and reliable, which will get a wide field of aviation.
