摘　　要：目的:探讨伴多种口腔疾病中年人错畸形的临床特点及治疗方法,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:分析47例伴多种口腔疾病中年人错畸形的疾病特点,探讨其治疗计划的特殊性及综合矫治方法的关键点,评价其治疗效果,探讨治疗成功的关键因素。结果:47例患者经口腔综合治疗后,牙列排齐,前牙覆、覆盖关系正常,咀嚼功能及外貌均有明显改善,总成功率100%。结论:在全面分析患者的口腔特点,并采取有效的综合口腔治疗后,伴多种口腔疾病中年人错畸形可以取得很好的疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment on middle-aged malocclusion patients with combined oral problems. Methods The clinical characteristics of 47 middle-aged malocclusion patients were analyzed, and discuss the specialty of their treatment plan and key points for successful treatment with unification methods of orthodontics and other oral therapy methods were suggested. Results The total rate of success is 100% according to the criterion. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment on middle-aged malocclusion patients with combined oral problems can be satisfied by both dentist and patient, if the treatment plan and methods are selected comprehensively and carefully.
