摘　　要：物流产业是国民经济的朝阳产业,目前,我国物流产业发展受到现代物流专业人才短缺的条件制约。新形势下如何培养适应社会发展所需的物流人才成为许多高校的工作重点。辅导员是高校培养人才的重要辅助力量。充分发挥辅导员的辅导作用对物流人才具有重要意义。这就对高校辅导员提高科研、人格、创新、信息网络等各方面素质提出了新的要求。Logistic industry is developing fast in China nowadays. How to train enough logistic talents to meet the needs of the industry is a problem that college should figure out. Student assistant is helpful for training students and a qualified assistant should have new diathesis such as scientific research quality, character innovation quality and information quality.
