摘　　要：学生党建工作是高校学生工作的重要内容。作为高校思想政治教育和管理工作的骨干力量,思想政治辅导员在学生党建工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。通过对辅导员从事学生党建工作现状及面临的挑战的分析,对辅导员如何在学生党建工作中正确定位、更好地发挥作用提出了建议。As the backbone of the idea and political education and management, the idea and political counselor of college students is playing an irreplaceable role in the party construction.
