城镇教师支援农村教育政策研究--基于公共选择理论的视角

摘　　要：在追求教育均衡发展的今天,农村教育发展问题已经成为教育的重中之重。作为发展农村教育、缩小城乡教育差距的重要政策选择,城镇教师支援农村教育政策在执行中遇到了一系列问题。本文从公共选择理论视角出发,分析城镇教师支援农村教育政策执行过程中所遭遇的阻力,试图发现影响政策实施及其效果的内在因素,并提出相关建议。At present, rural education development has been the most important issue during the process of pursuing educational balance. In fact, as a main policy with aims to reduce the educational difference between city and rural area and develop rural education, the policy of town teacher supporting rural education has met series of problems. From the view of public choice theory, this article analyses the resistance that teachers meet during the process of implementing that policy in order to find the internal factors which influence policy implementation policy effect, and finally puts forward some related suggestions.
