摘　　要：从城市轨道交通运营的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益三个方面提出了城市轨道交通运营的综合评价体系。对各个评价指标进行详细的解释说明,并对权重的确定方法进行分析,以便达到评价体系的实用性。建立城市轨道交通运营综合评价体系旨在客观、准确地反映城市轨道交通运营现状和不足,并为以后的建设及改造提供理论依据和改进方向,在保证经济、社会效益的同时提高城市轨道交通整体的服务水平,增加公共交通的吸引力。This passage proposes a comprehensive evaluation system for metro operation from three aspects：social, economic and environment benefits, makes a detailed explanation to the evaluation indicators and analyzes the methods for determining the weight of evaluation, aiming at achieving the practicality of the evaluation system, reflecting the status and shortcomings of metro operation system. This paper holds that the system can improve the metro service level, increase the attractiveness of public transport and alleviate traffic congestion, and at the same time guarantee the economic and social benefits.
