摘　　要：将高校中教授领导的科研团队和企业分别分为三种不同的类型,通过研究教授领导的科研团队与企业在三种心理类型下的合作博弈,得出了二十七种不同的合作关系,由此归纳出不同需求的教授与企业在不同的心理类型下选择合作的对象不同,对推动校企合作创新具有一定的意义。The research teams which are lead by professors and enterprises are divided into three different types in this paper. 27 kind of different cooperation relations have been obtained through studying the cooperation game of university and enterprises under three kind of psychological types. Therefore, different professors and enterprises will choose different cooperation strategy under the changing psychological type. This conclusion has certain significance to university -industry cooperation.
