摘　　要：抓举技术中的"近"、"快"、"低"、"准"技术原则,以及提铃"发力"、"下砸力"等特征是分析评价抓举技术的重要指标,本研究通过对人、杠重心等主要特征点数据的分析,探讨其量化途径,以及简便易行的测量和分析方法,希望能为抓举技术诊断提供参考。Snatch technique feature in ＂near＂, ＂rapid ＂, ＂low＂, ＂allow＂as well as ＂ammunition force＂ and ＂pound force＂ is the important index of analysis appraisement snatch technology. Based on the major feature according to research, it discusses its quantification channel. Simple and convenient measurement technique is helpful to solve actual problem in snatch technical analysis. The analysis method and thought are reference for snatch technology when analysing.
