摘　　要：当前高职机电一体化专业人才的实践能力培养,面临着来自迅速发展的高新技术的挑战。要使学生适应现代企业的要求,实践能力的培养就必须跟上机电一体化专业技术的广泛应用与快速发展。而专业教学的课程体系、师资队伍以及实践教学等都直接影响着学生实践能力的培养。文章从这些方面出发,就如何加强高职机电一体化人才实践能力的培养进行了粗浅的探讨。The high speed developing of mechantronics technology brings forward higher requirement about the practical ability of meehantronies students in higher vocational edueation. In order to let the students satisfy the modem enterprises, the cultivation of practical ability must eatch up with wide use and fast development of the mechantronies technology. Course system of major teaching, teachers team, and practical teaching directly affect the cultivation of the students＂ practical ability. The paper discusses how to improve the mechantronics＂ practical ability in higher vocational college from these parts.
