摘　　要：高等职业教育的快速发展,催生着教育理念、教育类型的分化,使职业教育功能定位日益清晰。不断创新和改革教学模式是发展高等职业教育的客观需要。本文以"工作过程"为导向,对房地产经营与估价专业综合职业技能训练方案进行了深入的探讨,创新和改革教学模式,通过采用新的教学模式来达到培养高素质技能型人才的目的。Nowadays,rapid development of advanced professional education has divided the type and conception of education,which makes it clear for the function of professional education.Innovation and revolution is required objectively by the development of professional education.Guided by ＂working process＂, this thesis studies the comprehensive professional training scheme of real estate operation and assessment and presents a new scheme to improve the quality of technique training.
