摘　　要：夹持定位机构作为粘片机的一个重要机构。介绍了夹持定位机构的功能、结构原理及运动原理;然后通过COSMOS/Motion软件对该机构进行仿真,从而确定该机构达到设计要求。The Positioning and Holding mechanism is an important mechanism of die bonder. The article introduces the function,the structure and the movement process of the Positioning and Holding mechanism. Then simulate the mechanism by COSMOS/Motion software and verify that the machanism reaches the design target.
