摘　　要：以溴化氰活化的Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ４Ｂ为载体固定虫荧光素酶，并对固定化过程中酶的稳定条件进行了研究；建立了发光酶的测活方法和装置；以固定化虫荧光素酶为核心构建的流动柱式反应器准确地检测了连续低氧环境下大鼠血液中ＡＴＰ浓度的变化．该装置可重复使用近百次．Luciferase from firefly lantern extract has been immobilized on CNBr activated Sepharose 4B.The stability of firefly luciferase has been investigated during the immobilization;A device has been developed for determining the souble or immobilized luminescence enzyme activity.A flow injection enzyme reactor,making use of immobilized luciferase,was developed for assay of ATP.Light emission in the reactor could be linearly related to ATP concentration of the range 10 -11 ～10 -8 mol/mL.It is also used for the determination of serum ATP of rats bred in the low oxygen environment.
