摘 要:目的探讨手术室新毕业护士层级培训的方法及观察其效果。方法对手术室新毕业护士的培训实施层级培训的方法,包括岗前培训、试用期培训和转正前期培训3个层次。并采用自行设计的调查问卷,了解手术医生和指导老师对新毕业护士的护理工作满意情况。结果经过层级培训后手术医生和指导老师对新毕业护士在手术配合及时性、服务态度、手术配合质量和工作整体性的满意率均为70.0%以上。结论有目的、有目标、有措施、有针对性的层级培训,可使新毕业护士能合格、迅速地胜任手术室工作岗位,提高其护理工作质量。Objective To explore the approach to train newly-graduated nurses assigned to the operating room. Methods Newly-graduated nurses were trained in three stages: pre-post training, probation period training and professional prophase training. Instructors" satisfaction to nurses" nursing was surveyed by self-made questionnaire. Results After three stages of training, instructors" satisfaction rate was more than 70.0% over nurses" operating cooperation, service attitudes and overall working quality. Conclusion Training in stages has clear objective, measures and aims, which will help newly-graduated nurses to be qualified for and competent for their jobs quickly and improve their working quality.
