摘  要:为了获得有效的测量信息,建立架空输电线舞动自动监测系统,采用图像与视觉分析方法,提出了一种横向舞动角度的计算方法。首先采用固定于杆塔上的摄像头拍摄电缆图像,根据指定区域及预设数量检测出电缆,并进行曲线拟合得到相关参数,再针对横向舞动建立简化模型,推算舞动角度与图像中电缆轨迹参数的关系,最后计算出输电线路的横向舞动角度,为舞动的动态监测与数据记录提供了一种新的思路。仿真实验验证了算法的正确性,而且能满足实时性要求。In order to obtain effectual measurement information and set up auto-monitoring system for galloping on overhead power transmission line, calculation method for angle of transverse galloping on overhead transmission line based on image and vision analysis was proposed. First, the image with the transmission lines was acquired by a video camera mounted on the tower. And, the electric cables of given number were detected within the area predefined. Meanwhile, the corresponding parameters were gained through curve fitting method. After that, the correlation between the track parameters and galloping angle was determined, and a simplified model of transverse galloping was adopted. Finally, the galloping angle was figured out. Therefore, a new thought on dynamic monitoring and information recording for galloping study was proposed. Experimental results have demonstrated the efficiency of the method and it can be implemented in real-time.
