高强度聚焦超声治疗中超声与CT或MRI图像融合定位标记物的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探索一种应用于高强度聚焦超声治疗中的超声与CT或MRI图像融合定位标记物,增加图像配准的准确性。方法超声与CT或MRI分别观察自制定位标记物的成像特点,并通过筛选标记物形状、有效期及重复性等指标,以适合图像融合。结果超声与MRI的图像融合较好的物质为鱼肝油,超声与CT融合较好的物质为回形针。结论自制"V"形定位标记物中鱼肝油作为外部标记物的充填剂应用于超声与MRI的图像融合,回形针作为外部标记物应用于超声与CT融合时。Objective To approach a locating marker used in US - CT or MRI co - registration during the treatment in HIFU, and inprive the acuraccy of registry. Methods The imaging characteristics of self- made locating marks with different materials were observed with US, CT or MRI to find out the one with best shape, expiration date and reproducibility as external mark to be utilized in US - MRI/CT registry. Results The plastic tube filled with cod liver oil and metal clip had many good qualities. Conclusion A ＂V＂ shape plastic tube filled with cod liver oil and metal clip can be used in image fusion as external mark.
