摘 要:通过设定不同的氮、磷营养盐浓度,在实验室条件下研究了不同浓度的氮和磷对4种淡水丝状蓝藻:皮质颤藻、尖细颤藻、蛇形颤藻和坑形细鞘丝藻生长的影响。结果表明,皮质颤藻和坑形细鞘丝藻对高浓度的氮、磷有着较强的适应能力,在硝态氮浓度0.016 mg·mL-1~2.0 mg·mL、磷浓度1.36 mg·mL-1~13.6μg·mL时生长较好。4株藻在只存在氨态氮的情况下生长都受到抑制。Four filamentous cyanobacteria strains Oscillatoria cortiana, Oscillatoria acuminate, Oscillatoria anguina and Leptolyngbyafoveolara in freshwater were studied under laboratory conditions. Experiments were performed to determine their growth in the presence of a wide range of concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus. The results showed that O. cortiana and L. foveolara had a greater adaptability to survive in high concentration of nitrogen or phosphorus than the others, and they grew well with a concentration of NO3^--N from 0.016 to 2.0 mg·mL^-1 or phosphorus ranging from 1.36 to 13.6 μg·mL^-1. Growth of four strains was inhibited under the condition in which only NH4^+-N was supplied.
