摘　　要：随着社会发展,人们对涂装品在外观上的要求也越来越高。静电涂敷技术是近年来在国内外快速发展起来的新型技术,已经被广泛应用到各个工业领域中。利用静电喷雾技术开发的静电涂油机是集机械、液压、电气、高压静电、计算机控制于一体的高科技产品。简述了静电涂油机电气控制系统设计,在控制算法上采用PID控制、模糊控制等先进控制策略,并应用PLC、触摸屏和变频器等先进控制设备,在实际应用中取得良好的效果。Requirement of the external of object is higher than before with the society developing.Electrostatic coating technology is a new technology which developed quickly and is used in whole industry field.The electrostatic oiler,which developed based on the technology of electrostatic spraying,is a high scientific and technical production gathered mechanic,hydraulic,electricity,high-voltage electrostatic and computer control technology.This article introduces the electrical system design of electrostatic oiler,which carries on the advanced control methods such as PID,fuzzy control.And we use the advanced device such as PLC,transducer and touch screen,which achieve good results in practical application.
