摘　　要：从介绍期权定价理论入手,结合我国企业战略投资的现状,通过一案例的分析,对期权定价理论的思想用于企业战略投资的分析评价进行研究。The paper starts from the introduction of the Option Pricing Theory and combines the status of the strategic investment of business in China,and studies the evaluation of the Option Pricing Theory used in the strategic investment of corporations through a case --analyzing.
