大学的学术性与功利性

摘　　要：学术性是大学的本质属性,功利性是大学的固有属性,两者不可分割且内在统一于大学这个特殊的社会组织之中。大学的学术性本身就蕴涵着功利性,大学的功利是学术的功利而不是其它,大学的功利性是对学术性的维护和保障。大学的学术性与功利性及其内在统一关系启示我们:深化大学改革必须确立以学术为本、人才为本的大学办学理念,要努力构建现代大学制度,处理好现实利益和长远利益之间的关系,不断增强大学的办学活力。The academic character is the essential attribute of the university, while the utilitarian character is an inherent attribute of the university. They are inseparable and united in the special social organization - the university The academic character includes the utilitarian character in itself, which is academic utilitarianism. The utilitarian character is the maintenance and guarantee of the academic character of the university. The intrinsic unity of the academic character and the utilitarian character of the university enlightens that we must establish an academic and talent-oriented concept to further reform the university, strive to build a modern university system, deal with the relation between realistic interests and long-term interests, and enhance the vitality of the university.
