从大学职能变化看高等教育属性变化  

On the Change of Attributes of Higher Education from the Perspective of the Change of Universities’ Functions

摘　　要：无论是大学职能还是高等教育属性的变化,在根本上所反映的都是高等教育与外部环境之间相互关系的变化。高等教育属性的变化与大学职能的变化密切相关,前者往往随着后者而变化,但两者之间不存在严格的一一对应关系,即大学职能的变化并不必然引起高等教育属性的变化,大学职能没有发生变化,但由于大学对外服务方式的改变而引起高等教育属性发生变化。大学职能与高等教育属性的变化都比较复杂,它们能否获得释放与彰显主要取决于它们与外部环境系统之间的双向选择。Both the change of universities＇ functions and that of the attributes of higher education fundamentally reflect the change of relationships between higher education and its external environment. The change of attributes of higher education is closely related to universities＇ functions, and the former often changes with the latter. But there is no one-to-one correspondence between them, which means that the change of universities＇ functions does not necessarily result in the changes of the attributes of higher education. When universities＇ functions remain unchanged, however, the change of universities social serving methods can also cause the changes about the attributes of higher education. Both the changes of universities＇ functions and the attributes of higher education are complicated. Whether they can be released or not mainly depends on the two-way choice between them and their external environment system.
