摘  要:随着我国医疗卫生法律法规的建立和健全,患者自我保护的意识越来越强,同时,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对医疗卫生服务的需求也越来越高。多年来,我国医学教育注重的是学生专业理论和专业技术的培养,而对影响医务人员执业能力的人文素质培养却很少顾及或没有得到应有的重视,一方面造成了医学生,特别是临床医学生知识结构的单一化,与新时期对人才需求不相适应;二是医学生职业道德观念淡化。由此而带来的后果是在医疗服务过程中各种纠纷越来越多,医患关系越来越紧张,不但影响医院的正常秩序,甚至造成社会的不稳定。文章就提高医学生综合素质培养的意义与动态及当前形势下怎样提高临床医学生人文医学执业能力进行了初步探索。With the establishment and development in medical laws, patients have possessed more self-protective awareness than before, and the people have raised more and higher requirements in medical services with the improvement in life level. However, our medical education mainly focuses on theoretical and skill training, and fails to pay attention to medical culture. This has resulted in a single knowledge structure of students, which are not fit to the requirement of the patients, and weakened in professional morality. Meanwhile, this has also resulfed in disputes in medical service and stress relation between patients and medical staff. It has influenced not only the medical work of hospital,but also the society stability. This paper aims to discuss the importance of enhancing medical students' comprehensive quality and service ability.
