摘 要:目的:了解不同学制护生心理健康状况与应对方式之间的相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式问卷对290例不同学制的护生进行调查。结果:(1)290例不同学制的护生心理问题阳性发生率为68.7%,男性高于女性,非独生子女高于独生子女,父母文化程度低的高于高的,以上差异均有显著性;(2)不同学制护生之间除了在SCL-90敌对因子上得分差别无显著性外,其他各因子得分差异均有显著性;(3)积极应对方式与SCL-90的抑郁因子呈显著负相关,消极应对方式与SCL-90的9个因子均呈显著正相关。结论:应该为护生建立心理健康档案,并针对护生的心理健康状况,采取因人而异的全程心理健康教育。Objective:To understand the relation between mental health condition and coping style of nursing students in different academic structure. Methods : 290 nursing students in different academic structure were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90)and coping style questionnaire. Results: 1. The positive rate of mental health problem is 68.9% in 290 nursing students of different academic structure. The positive rate of mental health problem in male is higher than that in female, and the rate in non-only child is higher than that in the only child,and the rate in low educational level of parents is higher than that in high educational level of parents, and the differences are significant. 2. In nursing students of different academic structure, except for hostile factor score, the eight factor scores have significant differences. 3. Positive coping style is negatively correlated to depression factor of SCL-90. Negative coping style is positively correlated t9 the nine factors of SCL-90. Conclusion : Mental health files should be established for nursing students, and in different mental health conditions,a full mental health education should he various from person to person.
