护理职业教育实训基地标准的研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了护理职业教育实训基地和效益评价标准的研究背景;研究了护理职业教育实训基地的建设方式、运行机制、管理体制和师资队伍建设。指出实训基地建设中应遵循仿真性、先进性、综合性、开放性和通用性五项原则;同时提出了体现教育测量与教育绩效相结合的实训基地效益评价方法,明确了"环境一流、设备先进、功能齐全、管理规范、特色鲜明"的国家级护理职业教育实训基地建设总体目标,阐述了宁波护理职业教育实训基地建设的初步实践和效益。This paper introduces the research background of training center/bases and their benefit evaluation criteria of nursing education. The construction mode, the operation mechanism,the management system and the faculty refinement of training center/bases of nursing education are investigated. This paper also points out that five principles should be adhered to in the construction of training center/bases, including being simulative, being advanced, being comprehensive, being open and being versatile. Simultaneously the benefit assessment method of training center/bases is proposed, which manifests the unification of education measurement and education achievement. What＇s more, the general goal of training center/bases construction of the statelevel nursing education is clarified, which is＂first-class environment, advanced equipment, complete functions, normative management and bright characteristics＂. Finally,the preliminary practice and benefit of training bases construction of Ningbo nursing vocational education are elaborated.
