摘  要:2纤维素发酵生产乙醇工艺研究 2.1直接发酵法 本方法的特点是基于纤维分解细菌直接发酵纤维素生产乙醇,不需要经过酸解或酶解的前处理过程。吕福英”“等分离出能直接发酵纤维素生产乙醇的高纯富集物,利用此富集物能直接将木质纤维素材料发酵成乙醇。该工艺方法设备简单,发酵周期短,成本低廉;但乙醇产率不高,产生有机酸等副产物。Today, there is heightened interest in the research on ethanol as transportation fuel from lignocellulosic material, for it holds great promise as a new industry and has a potential for making a significant contribution to the solution of present major problems such as energy crisis, food shortage,environmental pollution and so on. This paper summarized the progress of the Research on bio-conversion from lignocellulosic material into fuel ethanol in the world, pretreatment of raw material, fermentation technology, proper use and selection of microbial species, separation of pure ethanol. The costs are still a bottleneck for conversion of lignocellulosic material into fuel ethanol, So we propose the bio-refinement of ligonocellulosic material, which could reduce production cost in mass production.
