摘 要:为研究适应松软地形,且质量小、功耗低、驱动力大的月球车车轮,在单轮驱动功率和扭矩计算的基础上,选取了电机和减速器,进行初步的弹性筛网轮的结构设计,对初步设计中主要零件进行了受力分析及详细的结构设计,最终加工出两种不同尺寸的弹性筛网轮,对车轮性能进行了测试.通过弹性筛网轮的研制,综合考虑体积、传递效率及功率等技术因素,实现了车轮的驱动、传动一体化设计,为设计真正的月球车车轮奠定了技术基础;解决了钛合金轮圈的加工工艺问题,为今后研制不同形状的钛合金轮圈奠定了技术基础.To develop the wheels of lunar rover fit for floppy terrain with small mass, low power consumption and big driving force, based on the calculation of driving power and torque of single wheel, the primary structural design for spring griddle net wheel was performed by choosing motor and decelerator. The detailed structural design was performed based on the mechanics analysis of key parts in primary structural design. Two kinds of spring griddle net wheels with different sizes were manufactured and wheel performance testing experiments were conducted. The integral design of wheel's driving and transmission was implemented by synthetically considering some technical factors like volume, transmission efficiency and power during the development of spring griddle net wheel and this provides a technical basis for designing the wheels of real lunar rover. This study also solves the processing technics problems of titanium alloy collar rim, which provides a technical basis for developing titanium alloy collar rims with different shapes in the future.
