摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设中的教育先行者——农村教师,在农村教育事业的发展过程中起到了至关重要的作用。但是农村教师整体上出现了一些问题不利于教育事业的推进,分析了问题产生原因并提出合理化的建议。Rural teacher as the educational pioneer of new socialist countryside construction, plays an important role in the development of rural education. In general, there are many issues for rural teacher, which are adverse to promote the development of education. The paper analyzes the causes of these issues and presents some rationalization suggestions.
