摘　　要：本文分析了我国高校科研成果转化的现状，并对高校科研工作的核心问题进行了思考。作者结合本校科研开发工作提出四种科研成果转化模式并指出现代科研成果转化的新要求。This paper analyzes the actuality of the scientific achievement transformation in universities and pander on th key problems of the scientific research of universities. This paper combines with the scientific research of Southern Medical University to bring forward four models of scientific achievement transformation and also points out the higher request of the scientific achievement transformation.
