摘　　要：时间与存在的问题一直是海德格尔关注的问题,在他的很多著作中都能找到相关的论述。通过研究我们可以发现,在海德格尔的关于存在和时间的定义中,有很多和马克思相近的地方,但也有明显区别。而且他的哲学有一个重要特征就是凡事都用"在场"来解释,本文将以"在场"这个角度,研究海德格尔哲学中的时间与存在问题。Time and existent problem were always concerned by Heidegger, you can find out the related treatise in a lot of of his works.Through study we can find, in the definition concerning existence and time of Heidegger, having a lot of points close to Marx, also have the obvious differentiation.And his philosophy contain an important characteristic is all things all useing＂ present＂ to explain, this text studied the time and existence problem in Heidegger＇s philosophy in the angle of ＂ present＂.
