摘  要:文章以师德的"道一器万"结构演化律为分析基础,从师德资源观点切入,围绕师德建设的实操性、长效性的客观机理,对学校有形(器化)的和无形(潜形)的师德资源建设的再认识,提出了高校师德建设中道德如何校园化的问题,并对此进行一些对策探讨。关于如何长期持久有效发挥师德作用的"道器"机制的调研,为进一步建立完善的可操作化和可视化的器理机制打下基础,更为高校进行师德建设提供了参考价值。This paper, based on the analysis of the evolving structure of "Dao Yi Qi Wang ( One Theory and Million Times of Practice) ", raises the question about how to form a campus culture of morality in the construction Of teachers' morality in higher education. It also probes into some policies to cope with the question. The paper starts with a discussion of the viewpoints and the long-term utilization of teachers' morality resources, and the recog- nition of the tangible and intangible teachers' morality resources. This research paves the way for the further research on how to keep the long and efficient role of "Dao Qi (Theory and Practice)" of teachers' morality. It also forms the basis of establishing improved operational and visualized practice system. The research further provides a good reference for the construction of teachers' morality in higher education.
