摘　　要：学风建设是校园文化建设的重要内容,加强学风建设是培养技能型人才的需要,也是高职院校自身发展的内在要求。良好的学风是实现高职院校培养目标的根本保证。根据对高职院校中学风现状的分析,提出了创建优良学风应采取的对策和措施。Learning spirit construction is an important part of campus culture constroction.Enhancing learning spirit construction is the inherent requirement for developing skill talents.Good learning spirit construction is the fundamental guarantee to achieve the Cultivation aims of higher vocational colleges.According to the analysis about the current situation of vocational college,the paper proposes countermeasures for creating good learning spirit.
