摘　　要：针对西部少数民族地区高等院校计算机基础课程教育的现状及发展趋势,提出了计算机基础课程系统总体设计的框架及计算机基础课程动态化设计的具体改革方案.Based on the status quo and development trend on education of computer foundation course in institutions of higher learning in the ethnic minority areas of western China, the paper presents a framework on overall design of computer foundation course system and concrete reform proposal on dynamic design of the course.
