摘 要:用不同质量浓度的NAA水溶液对圣诞红幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理.结果表明:在不同胁迫程度下,叶片中叶绿素含量和SOD活性均表现出明显变化,各处理的叶绿素含量和SOD活性均随胁迫的加剧表现"低-高-低"的变化趋势,且以土壤含水量为72.75%时为由高到低的分界点.由此说明,圣诞红幼苗在干旱胁迫下不仅影响叶绿素的合成,而且促进已形成的叶绿素加速分解,造成叶片叶绿素含量降低;同时通过增强抗氧化酶活性,提高抗氧化能力,以减轻干旱胁迫伤害.The seedlings of Euphorbia pulcherrima were treated, under drought stress, with NAA solution of different concentrations. The results indicate that under different degrees of drought stress, the chlorophyll contents and SOD activities vary significantly, the variation has a "low-high-low" tendency as the stress becomes stronger, and their soil water content being 72.75% is the boundary from which the variation goes from high to low. This also shows that the synthesis of chlorophyll is affected and the decomposition of synthesized chlorophyll is speeded up, thus causing a content decrease in the leaves, The damage of drought stress to the seedlings can be lessened by strengthening their anti-oxygenic enzyme activity and enhancing their anti-oxygenic ability.
